What is true happiness Is it possible to enjoy dating and not end up hurt or disappointed Is it possible to find someone that you share the same interests and goals for life Is it love that you seek or merely an enjoyable, healthy relationship Whatever your search, you can fulfill your needs when sought with a true heart.

In order to truly enjoy relationships, one must feel they have something to offer that is of value, one must love themselves and be comfortable in taking risks to enjoy the company of others. To genuinely love and befriend is to be available for growth. One must allow the extension of themselves into another. Thus, it is true, that ones capacity to love and to enjoy healthy relationships stems from ones ability to nurture and exposure to having been nurtured from childhood.

Be steadfast in your will to change your behavior to attract those who will compliment you, and not harm you, rather emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually. Give yourself the freedom to enjoy and not be hindered by past mistakes or failed relationships.

If you fear that in spite of your best efforts, you continue to date those guys who are not right for you and dont appreciate you, perhaps you might benefit from counseling. When we consistently date the wrong guy, we are unconsciously hurting ourselves and crying out that, we are not worthy of anyone better. This is not true and such feeling have to be attended and dealt with. The journey begins from within. Everyone has experienced a relationship which brings happiness, joy and peace, and everyone has experienced relationships which bring sadness and hurt.

Have you ever wondered why a particular relationship with a friend brings you more joy than another When you really think about it, how many relationships can you say you have are truly genuine Are you, yourself a devoted and loyal friend

Throughout life, we encounter many different types of people and establish many different relationships. Generally, we build relationships with people because we share a common bond. We have relationships with everyone we meet on some level, rather its the woman at the grocery store we see every week, our boss at work, our spouse, our boy or girl friend, our parents, siblings, children, or our neighbors. Its our responsibility to ensure that each relationship is a healthy one, so that it can be enjoyed by both parties.

A healthy dating relationship is usually formed with a person because we share something in common, whether you met at school, at work, or socially. We have a desire to see this person who shares our interest. The more we see them, the more we discover other things that we have in common, and open up the dialogue for new discussions, and either the relationship grows stronger or we realize that our interests arent that strong and we grow apart.
