I wanted to share with you that I have found the man of my dreams on mingle. My first marriage had been filled with all types of abuse ,which had been directed towards my children and I. There was an immediate connection in all areas - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. We will be getting married on August 4th, 2006. I joined Christian Mingle in the early summer months of 2005, initially signing up for the free seven-day trial. During that FIRST seven days, I met a wonderful Christian man and fellow professor of English (poetsouth). We connected right away on so many levels. We finally met in person in early August of this year, after our schedules cleared. He was and is everything I expected and more. The perfect fit for me. Married...WOW!!, just when I thought it was not for me, God said differently. Well what can I say but GOD is wonderful.

I had joined CM approximately 3 years ago being very skeptical and a bit scared. Whether seeking a mate online or in the dating world it is very scary now a days with so many things worsening in our world. But, I took the leap of faith and with God as my guide and rod I came on here and another site. I got to know many wonderful people on here and am greatful to God because many were of great friendship and comfort and offered good advice. Like in the dating scene you have your ups and downs and good guys and bad guys. Just because this is a christian website doesnt mean the enemy doesnt roam because he does and I advise each one of you to be aware of the wolves in sheeps clothes. I encountered many but God guided me away and led me to a true Angel, lightwalker, over a year ago. I was from Buffalo and he from Miami and thought this wont work, long distance doesnt work but we consistently spoke at times up to 5+ times a day and many, many visits back and forth. Finally a year to the date of our first day 7/2/05 we were married. Throughout the relationship along with our families we continued to pray for Gods guidance in all and HE saw fit to unite us in Holy Matrimony. We have been married now close to 3 months and little did I know I would be living far from home in Miami, but GOD is wonderful. I had given up, but gave it all to God and he blessed me more than I would have dreamed. Always trust and seek Gods will, for when we do, nothing is impossible. What a mighty God we serve. Success Story: Hi, Im from Concord, N.C. and have been a member of Christian Mingle for only a short time. I met the woman that totally took my breath away on the site a few weeks ago.
